Our intuitive, mobile app-based banking service B was launched in 2016 offering a range of interactive tools designed to give customers greater control of their money wherever they are. B will grow and adapt to meet changing customer demands, with new products, services and functionality introduced on an ongoing basis. We have a London-based innovation lab, called Studio B, which provides all branch services, and our first B store was opened in Birmingham, in 2017.
